Order processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 72 hours after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an item is unavailable or a material delay is identified, we will contact you using the order email address.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
- USA and Canada: usually 2-4 weeks
- Australia and New Zealand: usually 2-4 weeks
- United Kingdom and Europe: usually 2-4 weeks
- Other destinations offered at checkout: usually 2-5 weeks
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, carrier disruption, remote destinations, severe weather, and peak periods can cause delays.
Shipping charges, destinations, and taxes
Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed before you place the order. If a destination is not available at checkout, we cannot accept delivery to it. Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Separate parcels
Items in the same order may be fulfilled by different providers and arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount accepted at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email address after dispatch. Carrier events can take several days to appear. You may also use the carrier's website or 17TRACK.
Order changes
Request an address or order change by emailing support@voaax.com within 24 hours after ordering. A change is not guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Loss, damage, and delivery issues
If a parcel appears lost, damaged, incorrect, or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant evidence. Damage or incorrect-item reports should be made within 14 days after delivery. Remedies are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
